Refund Policy
- General Policy – • Donations made to Mahad Samajik Nyay Evam Vikas Samiti are non-refundable, except in cases of errors, duplicate transactions, or incorrect payments.
- Refund Requests – • Donors must submit refund requests within 7 days of the donation. The request should include:
• Date of donation
• Amount donated
• Mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.)
• Proof of transaction - Verification Process – • The organization may request additional documents to verify the donation before processing the refund. This ensures security and prevents fraudulent claims.
- Processing Time – • Once verified, refunds may take 7 to 30 working days, depending on payment gateway and banking procedures.
- No Refunds for Tax-Exempt Donations – • If a tax exemption certificate has been issued, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.
